While in an internment camp during World War II, Seiichi Toguchi learned how to cook from fellow Japanese-Americans. Now, his grandaughter, Monica, runs the authentic Hawaiian restaurant her grandfather started 70+ years ago. Highway Inn has been a community hub for locals and a top destination for visitors for well over half a century. They now need our support to make it through the COVID-19 pandemic.
