Just because the temperature dropped dramatically this weekend it doesn’t mean we couldn’t enjoy a delicious island-style meal. Aloha Eats offers comforting and affordable plates served with rice, cabbage or pasta salad. Nabol ordered their classic Moco Loco with an over-easy egg on top and I ordered the BBQ Chicken cooked with a light teriyaki sauce. We also had to try their spam musubi and their Hawaiian drinks. And there are many more classic options to choose from, including their curry katsu (panko breaded boneless chicken with curry gravy) and their kalua pork (pulled pork with stewed cabbage).
