For my parent’s 60th birthday, I decided to take them to Maui! A long-deserved big ‘thank-you’ to the parents. The first thing we couldn’t get enough of was Hawaiian-style Poke! We have been eating it for lunch and dinner during the last five days. I decided to try it at home – so I can have it back in Korea.
