INGREDIENTS: (4-6 servings)
1/2 inch stub of carrot, finely chopped
small bunch of parsley, chopped
pinch salt
water for boiling
200g / 7 oz macaroni
3-4 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
