Poke’ Restaurants are super popular in bigger cities around the world but in Eugene, only a couple call this place home. The newest is Poke’ Stop on Willamette Street by the LTD Bus Station. The place opened seven weeks ago and is already on everybody’s “Hot Spot” list.
