Spam musubi is a well known snack from Hawaii. It is spam marinated in teriyaki sauce and wrapped between rice and seaweed. YUM!
Somebody kept raving to me about this one sandwich joint in Orange County and wanted me to recreate it. I asked for the description and so this is my version of Mr. Katsu’s Katsu Pork sandwich.
