In this episode we go to Wheeling Park District’s Hawaiian night and serve up those ono island grindz! This event was a little different as most of the people in attendance were folks that have been to Hawaii and are familiar with Hawaii so things like the Spam Musubi ran out right away! It was another reminder for us to consider and think about the crowd we are about to serve and tweak the menu a little. We always have our staples and solid menu items, but sometimes we can and/or should swap things out here and there to account for the area and crowd-
