🌺 Review of Antidote LV – A Culinary Oasis in Las Vegas!🌺

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Antidote LV, and let me tell you, it was a revelation! Nestled at 6496 Medical Center St, this spot offers the best of Hawaiian cuisine with a modern twist, and my taste buds are still doing a happy dance!

From the moment I arrived, I could feel the warmth and passion poured into this joint by three friends-turned-business partners. What started as a simple dream for chefs on the Vegas Strip blossomed into something truly special, especially during the challenges of the pandemic. Their unique journey from a pop-up to a food truck and now a full fledged restaurant speaks volumes about their dedication and creativity.

Now, let’s talk about the food! Everything is made fresh daily, with each dish cooked to order, ensuring that you get vibrant flavors and quality in every bite. I kicked off my meal with the Spicy Salmon Bombs, and wow! The perfect balance of spicy salmon enveloped in crispy tempura pockets made for a delightful start.

For my main course, I chose the Garlic Chicken Plate. The crispy chicken thighs, infused with roasted garlic, paired with fried rice and their creamy mac salad, was nothing short of perfection. Each bite was succulent and bursting with flavor.

But, oh, the journey didn’t stop there! We also tried the Loco Moco Rice, an indulgent twist on a classic. This dish, loaded with amazing flavor and savory loco moco gravy, was a guilty pleasure worth every calorie.

The ambiance is casual yet inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive, making our first visit truly enjoyable. With their commitment to fresh ingredients and a menu that caters to all cravings, Antidote LV has solidified its reputation as the best Hawaiian food truck turned restaurant in Las Vegas.
