In 2025, we expanded our mission with the launch of Aunty’s Hapa Hawaiian Food Lab—a dedicated research and development facility focused on sustainable food practices and innovative product development. In partnership with the DU Lab, College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resilience, University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, and local farms such as Olakai Farm and Sumida Farm, the Food Lab is a key part of our commitment to supporting Hawai‘i’s food security and agricultural resilience.
