To start, the red oil dumplings were a standout appetizer, perfectly filled and enhanced by a deliciously spicy chili oil that made each bite unforgettable.

The salt and pepper shrimp with the shell on were incredibly fresh and crispy, offering a perfect balance of seasoning that left me craving more. The *hrimp chow mein was equally impressive, featuring tender noodles tossed with vibrant veggies and a savory chicken combination that brought comfort in every bite.

For the ramen lover, the tonkotsu ramen hit all the right notes. The rich, creamy broth paired beautifully with the boiled egg, seaweed, and bean sprouts, creating a balanced and hearty dish.

Additionally, the garlic miso fried chicken served with white rice, broccoli, and macaroni salad was a delightful combination of flavors. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the fluffy, comforting rice.

Finally, the seasonal mixed vegetables, sautéed with garlic sauce, were a wonderful accompaniment, featuring a tasty mix of carrots, broccoli, bok choy, water chestnuts, and Napa cabbage.

Overall, each dish was a celebration of fresh ingredients and bold flavors. I highly recommend 808 Café for a satisfying and diverse dining experience!
