Hawaiian Food done right, my friends! I lived in Hawaii, Oahu, in the early 90s. I was stationed there in the Navy. Absolutely fell in love with the food (that isn’t sushi, sashimi or poke). Spam Musubi was an absolute favorite.

Their unique journey from a pop-up to a food truck and now a full fledged restaurant speaks volumes about their dedication and creativity.

Now, let’s talk about the food! Everything is made fresh daily, with each dish cooked to order, ensuring that you get vibrant flavors and quality in every bite. I kicked off my meal with the Spicy Salmon Bombs, and wow! The perfect balance of spicy salmon enveloped in crispy tempura pockets made for a delightful start.

For my main course, I chose the Garlic Chicken Plate. The crispy chicken thighs, infused with roasted garlic, paired with fried rice and their creamy mac salad, was nothing short of perfection. Each bite was succulent and bursting with flavor.
